Most telecommunications providers are tied to one particular company via a quota-based system. DiscountCall has worked diligently to provide several telecommunications options for clients and are not obligated to fill a quota for any provider in our network. We are client-centered and choose our providers based on quality, price, service and reliability.

DiscountCall has exhaustively researched to find telecommunications providers that fit our stringent qualifications. We then work with clients to create the best telecommunications solutions for their businesses. DiscountCall feels that it is more advantageous to create honest solutions for the following reasons:

It makes good business sense. If we do a good job for a client, they will refer us to their friends and so on. We are a small business and referrals represent the largest percentage of our business development.

The merits that guide our business practices will not change; because, like most businesses, we want to reach the highest level of longevity. It would be easy to simply sell our clients any telecommunications option or the option that would yield the highest commission but, we find it much more advantageous to keep a customer for a lifetime. That’s why analysis is a major part of our business; it allows us to give our clients individual solutions. We want our clients to trust us, use our services as they grow, and refer our services to their colleagues in the business community. For this same reason we provide the highest level of customer service. We value our clients and we put ourselves in their shoes.
